One size fits most, best fit 22″-24″ head circumference

Constructed with corduroy and cotton.
Flat brim can be curved to preference.
Custom sweat band made from a sweat / odor resistant jersey knit material.
Elastic cinch on the back with a releasable plastic buckle for maximum comfort.
The brims are custom cut from 2mm plastic sheets.

5 Panel Hat

I created this pattern by cloning one of my favorites hats that was worn out. I have a number of my own custom hats and have worn them everyday for years. One of the reasons I started sewing was to have my own perfect fitting, custom hat.
